There are no secrets. There's only those that know and those that do not know. Qigong ; exercises consist of a series of detailed practices including body posture/movement, breath practice, and meditation, all designed to enhance Qi function your life force.

Neigong ; is a subset of Qigong, exercises which combine breathing , movement or posture , and visualization to self regulate the vital internal organs.

Mindful Meditation ; is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Our Meditation pratice is base on Moorish Science.

Tai Chi ; Martial Arts of China. Practiced for defense training, health benefits, and meditation.
